Envelope From is enforced
smtpify365 compares the SMTP MAIL FROM address with the connected mailbox, ignoring letter case. A different sender is rejected before message submission.
Check application overrides
Plugins and applications may set a visible From header and an envelope sender separately. Configure both to the connected mailbox where possible.
