Authorization errors
Retry with the intended work or school account and review the Microsoft error. Tenant policy can require administrator approval even though the requested permissions are delegated.
Later failures
Microsoft can revoke sessions or consent. Reauthorize by creating a new connection when the existing token can no longer refresh.
