Choose based on sender identity, recipient scope, client capability, network constraints, volume, and who will operate the solution.
Choose a generic relay when
You need domain-based sending, high volume, bounce and complaint handling, recipient-level events, webhooks, templates, dedicated deliverability features, or detailed message logs. smtpify365 does not currently provide those capabilities.
Choose smtpify365 when
The requirement is specifically to keep a low-volume SMTP-only client sending through its existing Microsoft 365 mailbox with delegated OAuth and separate revocable credentials.
Do not confuse transport with marketing
smtpify365 is not a newsletter, campaign, or cold-email platform. Use a service designed for those workflows and their consent, unsubscribe, reputation, and reporting requirements.
